The customers watched the whole technologic process of production and packing of the policies of compulsory medical insurance.
The main attention during the visit was paid to resuming the production and personalization of the electronic policies of compulsory medical insurance.
Let us remind that compulsory medical insurance policies personalization with the application of microchips purchased from foreign manufacturers was stopped in February 2017. After that, the specialists of Goznak carried out complex works upon the equipment preparation as well as a software solution allowing to produce electronic policies with a microchip made at the Russian company “Micron”.
The homemade microchip embedded into the compulsory medical insurance policy meets all the modern international requirements, and its lifetime is unlimited.
The enterprises of Goznak have been producing the electronic and paper policies of compulsory medical insurance since May, 2011.
Plastic cards of the electronic policy with the implanted microchip are produced at the Perm Printing Factory of Goznak. These identification documents are personalized at the Moscow Printing Works of Goznak.
According to Point 17.1 of Part 2 of Article 55 of the Federal Law “About placing the orders for the supply of goods and rendering services for the state and municipal needs”, Joint Stock Company “Goznak” has been designated the only executor of state orders placed by the Federal Fund of Compulsory Medical Insurance for the production, personalization and delivery of compulsory medical insurance policies to the territorial funds of Compulsory Medical Insurance.
Now Goznak has production capacities allowing to personalize up to 40 thousand policies a day. The company has all technical opportunities to provide production and personalization of electronic policies of compulsory medical insurance in the full volume required by the customers.
